| JIA HUA aluminum is equipped with 23 extrusion production lines, including 3000 tons press extrusion machine imported from Japan,1800-tons press extrusion machines imported from Taiwan. And cooling system and automatic double tractor imported from Italy, which improve the production capacity and reduce the labour cost. The annual production of extrusion machine line is beyond 60000 tons. |

Q2: What color can you do for powder coating?
A: Customized color is ok for us. It will be appreciated if you can give us the sample.
Q3: How many years of the Powder coating warranty?
A: Normally, 10 years. If you want the higher warranty please contact me.
Q4: What's the film of oxidation? Can you do 15um?
A: More than 10um. Yes, we can.
Q5: Can you send me the sample?
A: Yes, we can. And the sample is for free. But the freight should be covered by our customer.
Q6: Where is your factory locates?
A: Our factory is located in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China. It takes about one hour from the airport.
