There will have the pre-treatment processing before the Anodizing. That can help the aluminum profiles get the better surface after the Anodizing. The processing of the Anodizing is : Clear the surface --- Anodizing --- Coloring --- sealing-- drying --- Quality check
The pre-treatment can clear the oil and Impurity of the surface. Usually is the Degreasing (degreasing), caustic washing, neutralization, water cleaning etc. Sometimes it needs the polishing .
Degreasing: use 4%-10% Sodium hydroxide solution
Impurity and dust: we will use Sulfuric acid or nitric acid for acid leaching, water cleaning with cold water or hot water and cold water for double cleaning. In order to improve the protect of aluminum mill finish profiles, we will doing the surface finish. Different thickness of the film is depend on the Divided according to different requirements.
It will divide to 4 level. It’s AA10, AA5, AA20, AA25 which is mean the average of the thickness of Anodizing surface. 10μm、15μm、20μm、25μm. The portion thereof is not less than 8 μm, 12 μm, 16 μm, and 20 μm.
Average is no less than 40μm, The portion thereof is not less than 35μm.
Jia Hua factory is following the GB standard, which is requiring the Average thickness is no less than 60 μm.
Class A: 12μm oxide film + 9μm electrophoresis film, the composite film thickness is not less than 21μm.
Grade B: 9μm oxide film + 7μm electrophoresis film, the composite film thickness is not less than 16μm.
S grade: 6μm oxide film + 15μm electrophoresis film, the composite film thickness is not less than 21μm.
