For more than twenty five years, Jia Hua Aluminium Co., Ltd has built a good reputation as one of Chinese leading manufacturers of aluminum extrusion since 1994.  From 1994 to 2016 year, it located in Foshan city, Guangdong province, China. In order to meet strong demand for replication products and increase company’s capability, Jia Hua Aluminium Co., Ltd establishes a new and modern factory in Zhaoqing city, Guangdong province, China with 700,000 square foot in 2017 year.

Jia Hua Aluminium Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing all kinds of aluminum extrusion profiles and different surface treatment to stratify the most demanding customer and all architectural needs, including mill finish, powder coating finish, anodize finish, electrophoresis finish and wooden grain finish.
Jia Hua Aluminium company‘s year capacity is 60,000 ton with 23 press lines. And introducing two advance powder coating lines, one is horizontal production line, the other is vertical production line. The maximum production capacity of vertical line can reach 3,000 ton monthly. Meanwhile, we imported two automatic anodize and electrophoresis production line from abroad. Not only the modern equipments in our industry, but also has 200 senior technical managers and 500 loyal workers to build high-tech enterprise. 

Jia Hua Aluminium Co., Ltd is one of the earliest ones to pass and carry out ISO 9001:2008 Standard, ISO 14001 and ISO 18000 certificates, and obtained honors “China Famous Brand”. The products are well sold in Australia, Singapore, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa. 

EXTRUSION SYSTEM

Taiwan and Japan have imported 500-3000 tons ranging from the various types of extruder a total of 23, the annual output of 60,000 tons.

POWDER SPRAYING SYSTEM

Using the world famous Aksu powder, DuPont powder, etc., by the manufacturers to provide the appropriate number of years of "guarantee".

ELECTROPHORESIS SYSTEM

Advanced Level 2 Oxidation Coloring Line and 1 Taiwan Electrophoresis indicate handling lines, polishing and mechanical polishing.

OXIDATION SYSTEM
