A We have three Aging furnaces. But now we going to add a new furnaces due to the increasing demand of our customer. So after finish the installation, we total will have four aging furnaces in our factory.

Q How many tons can be load on 20GP?
A In our experience, 20 GP can load 11 -13 tons. And the Max length of 20 GP container is 5.85 meter long. And 40 GP is 23 -25 tons. For the length of 40 GP container. We suggest is 5.85 meter long. Because this length of aluminum profiles can load with 2 part in 40 GP. That can help to load more aluminum profiles and save your cost.

Q Can your company make the mould for extrusion?
A Yes. Our company have the mould workshop. We can make the mould by ourselves. Our company provide one stop shop service to our client.

Q Can your company follow EN12020 standard?
A Yes, we can. Our company export the many countries in the world. That's mean our company's production can meet any kinds of standard. Such as. EN 12020 , GB 5237, DIN17615 etc.

Q What is the different between Actual weight and Theorectical weight
A The Actual weight just like the Gross weight of the aluminum profiles, which is including with the weight of packing material. And the theorectical weight (also call as drawing weight) is calculated by the length and weight of per meter. The weight of per meter will be showed on the drawing.

A Our max length is 7 meter. But the max length of 20 GP is 5.85M.

Q Can you produce aluminum profiles in my design?
A Yes. Customized produciton is accepted. You will find that our company have the mould workshop. That's mean, we can open the mould by oursleves. And we can follow your design to make the mould.

Q Do you accept CIF?
A Yes. We accept the CIF shipment term. Usually, we will do in FOB shipment term. But you contact us if you need other shipement term. We would like to have more communication with our customer to know what they need. And then we can provide the best service.

Q What's the length you have?
A Our company support the customer to do in different length. You just need to tell us the length and tolerance of the Aluminum profiles you want. What's more, our company accept the precise cutting. It's cut by the CNC machine which have higher precise length.

A Usually, It will follow our standard production time. We will point the delivery time on our contract. But if you have urgent order, you can discuss the delivery time with us. We will arrange the production base on your requirement.

Q What kinds of payment term can you accept?
A Our common payment term is 40deposit before the production. And 60% balance should be payed before the delivery. Actual, we like to talk with our customer for other payment term.

Q Can you do 15μm of anodizing aluminum profiles?
A Yes. we can. Our company's anodize machine allow us to provide customer in different thickness of anodizing film. Such as, 4-5μm(Africa standard), 8-10μm(China standard), 15μm, 20μm, etc.

Q What kinds of color can you make of powder coaitng?
A Our company accept customized color. All you have to is send us the RAL number or the sample. And we provide the free sample for you to confirm the color before the production.

A You will find there are 23 extrusion lines in our factory. 1 of 3000 -3500 press machine, 2 of 1800 press machines, 2 of 1650 press machines, 6 of 1000 press machines, 6 of 800 press machines, 4 of 650 press machines.

Q Can You provide the free sample?
A Yes. Our company always pay more attention to the quality of aluminum profiles. We will supply the customer with mill finish sample if they open the mould in our company for check the details.
And if the customer want to make the color sample. It's ok for us too. You can provide us with your sample. Then we will follow your color to make a sample to you for confirm.

A Sure. Our company can have the full set of production line. You will find the Anodized workshop and Powder coating workshop and wood finish workshop.
